Recruitment and Hiring

The Philippine public and private university system combined produces almost 700,000 graduates per year, many are technically proficient, with degrees in computer science and programming. At least 50% of total graduates, obtained degrees in business administration, marketing/communications, and other areas.

Very simple. There is a huge amount of work that is invested into hiring offshore staff. We handle the tasks of pre-screening candidates, FBI Grade background check, completing reference checks, and taking care of payroll and HR requirements.

Our highly trained recruitment team has access to large resume databases and advertises roles across multiple job sites, where they are able to reach to top candidates. Recruiters also check references before they present you with a resume to review, ensuring that you are truly preparing to interview a candidate who possesses the right skillset and performs at a high caliber.

Any role that can be performed virtually. Jobs that require specialized skills can easily be filled by qualified Filipinos. A short list of these outsourcing job roles includes web and graphic design, software design and testing, bookkeeping, customer support, digital marketing, lead generation, and virtual assistance.
Your assistant can work on your preferred time zone.
They can start right away on your target start date, provided that you already paid your first invoice and agreed on our service agreement. You will receive them right after you pick your candidate.
We do not provide a phone system or any software application you need for your VA to perform. We only provide the manpower and full support to the client and to the VA whenever needed.

Billing and Invoice Processing

Your first invoice will be billed once you have selected your VA. Most likely your first invoice will be prorated covering the start date of the VA to the closest end of the billing cycle. It is a bi-weekly payment structure or two weeks advance payment.

Our clients can pay the invoice through PayPal invoicing or by online transfer / bank transfer to PlugWork Local bank account in AU, US, and UK.

It will be your local currency. AUD, USD, or Pound Sterling.

Managing Your Staff

Maintain open lines of communication by treating your staff as though they are located in the same office and check in with them regularly. Establish regular team huddles to discuss your business goals and get your staff motivated.

All staff members are on a probationary period within the first 6 months of work, during which time you are able to terminate them by providing 24 hours notice. After six months, 14 days notice is required to terminate.
